Google is bringing its Chrome browser to the Daydream VR platform today. The company is making the browser available on its own Daydream View headset, as well as Lenovo’s Mirage Solo VR headset that’s powered by Daydream.

Chrome on Daydream works much like it does on other platforms. The user-experience has obviously been optimized to be usable in a virtual-reality environment, but all the features of the browser are available for Daydream headsets. This includes things like voice search which is crucial for virtual reality, as well as incognito mode, etc. Google says there’s also a cinema mode feature that will optimize web video for the best viewing experience on virtual reality.

Chrome on Daydream is available with the latest update to Chrome for Android, and you can see a demo of the browser below.
