Microsoft Tests Unified Game Library With Xbox Insiders
Microsoft has started testing a new unified game library on Xbox consoles that mixes the games you own with other titles from subscription services such as Xbox Game Pass, EA Play, and Xbox Live Gold. The UI is currently available for Xbox Insiders in the Alpha and Alpha Skip Ahead Rings.
“The new experience is designed to streamline access to all of the games you have access to install and play in a single view, without needing to remember which particular subscription or purchase gives you that access, the Xbox team explained. “Top-level categories provide access to the subscription-specific catalogs and editorial content that were previously available in the old experience.

In the screenshot above provided by Windows Central, you can the new unified Game library with its top-level categories. The new “All games” view will display all the games you own plus everything else included in the game subscription services you’ve subscribed to. Currently, these different game libraries are separated in the My Games and Apps menu, making them harder to navigate.
This new full library experience is expected to roll out to Xbox users in the coming weeks. It should be a handy way to consolidate all the games you can play on your Xbox in a single view, with no back and forth between different libraries necessary. The upcoming update could also set the stage for the launch of Ubisoft+, the game subscription service from Ubisoft which is set to join EA Play on Xbox and PlayStation consoles later this year.
