Following a long series of teasers, the Nothing Phone 1 will officially launch on July 21 in select markets. The new smartphone coming from OnePlus co-founder’s new company will be available to purchase on the company’s website and partner operators around the world, though it won’t launch in the US.

In the UK, the base model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage will be priced at £399. The same model with twice the storage will be priced at £449, and a £499 high-end version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will launch later this summer.

If you live in the UK, the Nothing Phone 1 will actually be available to purchase starting July 16 at the company’s London kiosk in Covent Garden. Limited quantities will be available to purchase every day throughout July 20.

Despite an effective marketing campaign, there’s nothing really special about the Nothing Phone 1 except for the series of light strips on the rear of the device. This standout feature is called the Glyph interface, and it uses different light patterns to notify users about phone calls, app notifications, charging status, and more.

Other than that, the Nothing Phone 1 comes with a 6.55” OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, two 50-megapixel sensors on the back, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus processor, and a 4,500mAh battery.

If the Nothing Phone 1 won’t officially launch in the US this month, the company confirmed that a US-supported model will eventually come. “It’s only the beginning for Nothing and we’re definitely aiming to launch a U.S. supported mobile in the future. For now, only a limited number of our private community investors in the U.S. will be able to purchase phone (1) through a closed beta program,” the company said.
