It’s great to be the king. Five years on, the PlayStation 4 dominates the video game industry, with over 86 million consoles sold.

“It’s hard to believe it’s already been five years since the launch of PlayStation 4,” Sony’s Eric Lempel writes in an announcement post about the milestone. “In that time, we’ve sold more than 86.1 million hardware units, in addition to over 777.9 million software units worldwide.”

Those are some impressive stats. And while no one is really sure how far behind its closest competitor, Microsoft’s Xbox One, is, the consensus is that the PS4 leads by a very wide margin. Probably better than 2-to-1.

Anyway, according to Sony, the five best-selling PS4 titles of all time are Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Call of Duty: WWII, FIFA 17, FIFA 18, and Grand Theft Auto. And Sony is celebrating this anniversary with a new Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 bundle that will sell for $300 when it becomes available on November 27.
