Microsoft has been testing the Xbox Console Streaming feature for a while now. The feature first launched back in October of last year as a preview, though it was only limited to Xbox Insiders in the United States and the United Kingdom.

That’s finally changing now, though. Microsoft is announcing the expansion of the preview to all countries this week, meaning Xbox Insiders from around the world can now try out the new Console Streaming feature on their phone and Xbox One.

Xbox Insiders in all the Xbox One-supported countries can now try the preview, being able to stream their Xbox One games from their Xbox on their Android phone or tablet. “We view the public preview as an important step in our journey to deliver game streaming to Xbox players around the world! We are learning from Xbox Insiders like you whenever you participate in these new technologies,” said Microsoft’s Jonathan Hildebrandt.

Microsoft says the company has made a number of improvements to Console Streaming with feedback from Xbox Insiders, and it’s soon going to introduce another update with a series of new improvements. As usual, there are a number of requirements to be able to use Console Streaming. You will need to be running an Xbox One Update Preview ring on your Xbox and have a phone or tablet running Android 6 or higher.
