Major Galaxy Tab S7/+ leak discloses every last detail about 5G iPad Pro rivals
The iPad Pro has dominated the premium tablet market for quite some time. But soon the popular Apple devices could face tough competition in the form of Samsung’s 5G-ready Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7+ which have now leaked in their entirety.

The most impressive tablet in the lineup is also the largest model. For the Galaxy Tab S7+, Samsung has selected a massive 12.4-inch Super AMOLED display complete with support for a super-smooth 120Hz refresh rate and a 2800 x 1752p resolution.Uniformly narrow bezels surround the chosen panel and hide an 8-megapixel selfie shooter which should ensure a decent video call quality. The front-facing camera enables Face Unlock too, although an in-screen fingerprint scanner is available as an alternative.
Another detail worth mentioning in the display department is support for S Pen. Samsung has introduced several versions of its popular stylus over the years, but the version planned for 2020 is its best one yet.
The new S Pen, which charges magnetically on the rear, supports an impressively low latency of 9ms that puts it on par with the well-reviewed Apple Pencil (second-gen). It also boasts handwriting recognition and works with a series of hand gestures.
Complementing the visual experience is a quad-speaker setup that is tuned by AKG and supports Dolby Atmos.
A 15W charger is reportedly included inside the box, although the tablet does support 45W fast charging.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 is visually identical to the bigger Galaxy Tab S7+ save for the 11-inch display that uses LCD technology rather than AMOLED. A smaller 7,400mAh battery which enables 15h of video playback is included too.
However, everything else about the tablet remains unchanged. Despite earlier reports of Samsung using the Snapdragon 865, the report published today suggests the company has opted for the Snapdragon 865+ after all.
A 13-megapixel main camera and 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera can be found over on the rear too. These have been borrowed from the larger model and sit alongside an LED flash and microphone.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7+ are expected to be announced on Wednesday, August 5, alongside the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Z Fold 2.
Pricing and release date information is yet to leak, but the tablets should launch in the Mystic Black, Mystic Bronze, and Mystic Silver finishes.
