Microsoft is making a phone powered by Android. It’s a foldable phone. It’s a Surface-branded device. It’s called Surface Duo. And again, it runs Android.
Microsoft says it’s partnered with Google to bring the best of Android to Surface. The device features a 360-degree hinge, and offer a custom Microsoft experience layered on top of Android. It has two 5.6-inch screens, so it turns into a 8.3-inch device when unfolded.
Microsoft isn’t revealing many details about the device, though the device doesn’t seem to have a rear camera. It will be available in Holiday 2020.
