For the first time, OnePlus will launch two new smartphones at the same time, if not in the same place.

“The OnePlus 7 Series Launch Event is coming soon on Tuesday, May 14,” OnePus co-founder Pete Lau announced. “I’m so proud to finally reveal what we’ve been working on. This marks the pinnacle of our dedication to craftsmanship and passion for creating breakthrough technologies.”

As the word “series” implies, OnePlus will launch more than just a single smartphone flagship, in a break with its past product announcements. Lau doesn’t say so, but this is expected to include the OnePlus 7 and a new model called the OnePlus 7 Pro. Oddly, a separate launch page only mentions one device, the OnePlus 7 Pro, and only one event, in New York. But OnePlus is holding separate launch events in London, India, and China too. So it’s likely that the other OnePlus 7 will be announced at one of those events.

But we can at least all watch the (New York) event live to find out what happens: OnePlus says it will broadcast the event on YouTube, at 11 am ET on May 14.
