This is the LG Harmony 3 for Cricket Wireless

Posted July 16, 2019 | Mobile | News

A tweet from tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) reveals that Cricket Wireless customers will soon be offered the third and latest generation of the LG Harmony smartphone. The tweet disseminated by Blass includes a render of the LG Harmony 3 showing off a taller and thinner screen; this indicates that the new version of the phone will sport an aspect ratio of at least 18:9 compared to the 16:9 display found on the current model.
Unfortunately, the tweet didn’t include any specs,  but we can take a look at what the LG Harmony 2 is rocking. That would be a 5.3-inch LCD display with a 720 x 1280 resolution. The low-to-mid-range handset is powered by the Snapdragon 425 chipset and includes 2GB of memory and 32GB of expandable storage. A 128GB capacity microSD slot is available for those seeking additional storage. There is an 8MP camera in back, a front-facing 5MP selfie snapper and a 3000mAh battery keeps the lights on.

Besides the thinner bezels and the taller display, we can see from the render that the LG Harmony 3 will feature a front-facing flash for the selfie camera. And the device will have LG’s latest UX 8.0 pre-installed. A bump up to 3GB of memory might be in the cards. Considering that the current iteration of the LG Harmony is priced at $139.99 ($99.99 with an upgrade or new line or $69.99 for new customers porting over a number), there is no reason to expect the LG Harmony 3 to carry as retail price over $200.
