Walmart Black Friday deals
It’s November which means two things: first, Thanksgiving is approaching and more importantly, if you’re a bargain hunter, after that comes Black Friday. The day all consumers itching to get their hands on some new tech are waiting for. As is tradition, every retailer has a lineup of lucrative deals to get people We’ve already covered Best Buy, Target and Amazon but now it’s time to see what the behemoth of brick-and-mortar stores, Walmart, has to offer.Currently, Walmart hasn’t unleashed the full potential of its Black Friday deals, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t any discounts worth taking a look at.
Right now, the best deals are for older iPhones with prepaid plans from Straight Talk:
iPhone 8 Plus for $449
iPhone 7 Plus for $349
iPhone 7 for $249
The smaller iPhone 7 is also discounted and a great choice for those that still prefer smaller smartphones. It’s a no-thrills phone by today’s standards but if you want to get a relative on iMessage, then this phone will be a great device to do it.
iPhone 6S Plus for $199
An iPhone with a headphone jack? Yep, that’s how far back you have to go to get one. One the bright side, that means the price is quite lucrative. Your kid wants an iPhone but you can’t trust it with a multi-hundred-dollar smartphone? Look no further! But if that seems too much still, well, here’s Walmart’s final offer:
iPhone 6S for $149
Aside from the iPhone SE which often drops below $100, this is as cheap as new iPhones go right now. There are many applications that you can find for a $150 iPhone: as a second phone for Android users that need access to iOS, a phone for kids, grandparents, or just a replacement for your even older iPhone.
There are also a few deals for unlocked Samsung phones:
Samsung Galaxy S10+ Unlocked for $765
Samsung’s 2019 flagship is a device with great features and an even better design. It’s certainly one of the best Android smartphones that came out this year. As it turns out, it might also be the last Samsung flagship to have a headphone jack, so if that’s an important port for you, better get it late than never.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Unlocked for $1000
While this Note 10+ comes $100 cheaper than its usual price, the $235 price difference compared to the S10+ is hard to justify unless you’re a hardcore fan of the S Pen. Sure, you also get twice the storage and a slightly larger display, but it’s still a hard sell. Plus, if the S Pen is what you really want, there’s a better deal for you below.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Unlocked for $850
The smaller Note 10 is missing a few features and has “only” a 1080p display but it’s still a proper Note device. The slim and compact body makes it very comfortable to hold and use, something that can’t be said for all phones of the line.
That’s just the beginning of the 2019 Black Friday extravaganza. We’ll update this post as new deals come along and in the meantime you can check the deals other retailers have released already:
